Flex, is our video-surveillance system Remote Monitoring Service.

2. How does FLEX work?
We monitor your video-surveillance cameras 24 hours, 7 days a week. We monitor them in real time by trained personnel only.

If a security event occurs on premises, you or a designated person will be immediately alerted by our staff. Places and areas are immediately identified. If a client doesn't answer the call or respond to the security code ID within 30 seconds, our Central Station calls 911.

3. Will FLEX work with my CCTV system?
Yes, FLEX  will work with any CCTV system, analog, digital or IP system already installed. We are able to monitor all types of systems. We just make a set-up to connect your equipment to our network.

4. Is FLEX available where we are?
Yes.  We require high-speed internet access in your area and your premises.

5. What is the cost?
Our price starts at  $0.29 per camera per hour.

6. Does SAT supply the cameras?
FLEX is designed to be used with your existing video-surveillance system. This is a huge benefit over other systems which require  a large capital investment. However, if you require additional video devices, even a new video system, we can provide you with a custom-made solution, according to your needs and budget
